Snowman Refrigerator Craft

Living in a foreign country for part of the Christmas season does not make decorating the easiest. This is when creativity (and Pinterest :D) comes in handy! I found a couple ways to make our tiny apartment Christmas-y without spending much money at all! For this craft, you will most likely have everything you need somewhere in your home! My favorite of my creative Christmas decorations has become our Snowman Refrigerator! Here’s how to do it!

Materials Needed:

Construction Paper
(Black and Orange, other colors can be used for accessories)

Christmas Wrapping Paper

Scissors

Tape

1. Cut 8 circles from your black construction paper. Use a jar top or the bottom of a cup so that each of the circles are the same size. These will be used for the eyes and the smile.

2. Cut a triangle from the orange paper for the carrot nose.

3. Take the wrapping paper and cut a scarf. Use a ruler to make a straight line and then towards one of the sides cut out a “V” attached to the straight of the scarf.

4. Now is the fun part- ACCESSORIZING 🙂 Add a top hat, beanie, a hat from your favorite team, a tacky sweater…or even create different funny expressions for you snowman– the possibilities are endless!
